The legacy of Drs. John T. (Jack) and June Richie Chambers of Charleston will live on through a planned gift made by the late alumni to West Virginia University.

When the West Virginia University Wind Symphony takes the stage in China, they will be doing so, in part, thanks to the Szilagyi Family Foundation. 

West Virginia University students who are in recovery will benefit from a scholarship established in honor of Cathy Yura, a long-time psychologist and former director of the WVU Collegiate Recovery Program who retired in December after more than 40 years at WVU.

Eight graduate students from around the world and the U.S. will be able to focus on their research first as West Virginia University Foundation Scholarships help relieve their financial stresses.
